A delegation of the Chinese Public Security Ministry together with representatives of the State Border Committee of Belarus and the Embassy of China in Belarus visited Regula's office in Minsk. The visitors were acquainted with the latest solutions for document authenticity verification used in border control.
On 28 July 2017, Regula celebrated its 25th birthday and moved to a new office. Founded in 1992 by engineers of Belarusian National Technical University, the company has come a long way over these 25 years. Regula has developed a passport recognition module for iOS/Android applications. All you need is to take a picture of a passport data page or upload an existing one. The module will read the document data and fill in the fields with required personal information.
Regula has rolled out a new software product - information reference system «Secure Documents Ultimate». It contains images and detailed description of passports, ID cards, visas, driving licenses, vehicle registration certificates, banknotes from different countries and their security features at several protection levels.

DSA members cooperate for the purpose of combating the growing acts of fraud, illegal immigration, identity theft and other criminal acts.
