Regula Held Specialized Training for Dubai Police

On July 8-9, 2019 Regula delivered a 2-day training course on the use of magneto-optical devices Regula 7505M and Regula 7515M intended for detection of VIN falsification. The training was held in the Dubai Police HQ, UAE.

The training gathered officers from the Department of Forensic Science and Criminology. During the session, the police staff had a chance to test the techniques of non-destructive examination of VIN. The demonstrated equipment enables the visualization of the relief and structural inhomogeneity of the metal surface with magnetic properties. Therefore, the obtained knowledge will be extremely beneficial in combating vehicle-related crimes in the UAE.
