Compact device for Thousands of Forensic Tasks
Desktop device Regula 4306 has a set of visible, IR and UV light sources of different wavelengths, including a light source for anti-Stokes luminescence.
It is equipped with modules for reading MRZs, RFID chips, hidden images (IPI), and 1D and 2D barcodes.
Modules with extend capabilities: hyperspectral and 3D imaging. The 3D imaging module has a height palette that guarantees precise height measurement of surface relief.
Thanks to the side flaps and widened internal space, all examined objects can be conveniently placed inside. A removable object stage helps to obtain an extended field of view — 265×199 mm.
The video spectral comparator is controlled via Regula Forensic Studio software, which allows capturing, processing and storing images of examined objects.
Highlighted Features
Resolution up to 18900 ppi
The device's camera offers the highest-resolution capture, which results in stunning image detail.
LED light sources only
Stable lighting during the entire service life. Low heat levels, high energy efficiency, long lifespan.
Hyperspectral imaging
The 2D spectral decomposition with a step of 1 nm.
3D visualization
Examination of surface relief and intersecting lines, detection of printing methods.
40+ light sources
A whole collection of light sources in the range of 254-1020 nm for document examination. A total of 4095 combinations of high-intensity light sources for IR luminescence.
Large-size document
Obtains the whole image of an A4 page. Features a removable object stage for thick document examination.
Anti-Stokes examination
The device is equipped with new light sources for examination of anti-Stokes inks in a live image mode, which means you can find the appropriate security features, especially the tiniest ones, much faster, since they tend to elude detection in static mode.
Adjustable oblique lights
Height-adjustable oblique light sources ease the process of examination of document relief and security features. After manual adjustment of the light source, the program automatically calculates and shows the angle in the program’s interface.
Spectral examinations
The capabilities of the comparator can be extended with the Spectral Microscope Regula 5006. This tool allows you to study an object with an optical magnification of up to 3x, as well as to obtain color and spectral characteristics of the examined object (including UV-luminescent).
