The microscope Regula 5001MK has a set of light sources of visible, infrared and ultraviolet spectral ranges, as well as an imaging filters for carrying out varied forensic examinations: handwriting, dactyloscopic, trasological, and ballistic.

The control buttons and the screen on the front panel enable device operation even when the microscope is not connected to a PC.

The device is controlled via Regula Forensic Studio software, which can capture, process, and store images of examined objects.

The device provides additional visual control using the binocular nozzle.

Highlighted Features

Spectral luminescent light complex

It is designed to examine objects in different spectral ranges thanks to the position of the light sources relative to the working surface.

Ring light complex

It is used to examine objects under shadowless illumination of white and IR light.

Bottom light complex

It is used to detect watermarks, security threads and fibers, see-through registers, and continuous printing, as well as and to reveal document alterations such as erasure, etching and washing-off.

Not only digital

The digital magnification for a 21-inch monitor is 266x with a field of view of 1.6×1.2 mm. For additional visual control, you can use the binocular nozzle with changeable 8x and 14x eyepieces. Lens magnification is up to 98x.

User-friendly device

It is operated by buttons on the front panel and/or Regula Forensic Studio software. The buttons are used to activate light sources and adjust camera parameters in different examination modes. The latter are displayed on the LCD display.

Varied examinations

Regula 5001MK.01 is equipped with an analysis stand which makes it possible to clamp examined objects (bullets, cartridge cases, etc.) and rotate them radially and axially, as well as in the tangential direction.
